I went with this company due to price online and they said it was unlimited miles. When I got there, they told me at this location near the airport you had to pay extra for unlimited miles. Which wasn't mentioned on the site I booked the appointment on, or the email confirmation receipt. I also asked, since I didn't know how long the mechanic was going to need my car, if it was an issue to extend the contract another week. I was told I could just call in and tell them how many more days I need would need it with no issue. The truth was when I called in a week later, that the prices had now tripled, and they can't just extend contracts. So now I have been lied too online, and in person. Neither of which concerned the manager any. Basically it seems like company policy to purposely mislead you, so they can make up for that low daily rate they advertise online.
